We're almost there.
Hello everyone, it's been a month since the last update. The pledge manager is now closed, and it's time to finalize the quantities list and proceed with production. Let's update you on the project status.
Miniatures:
We're still producing miniatures. Here are some photos.
As mentioned, we now have final quantities and can proceed with production. Up until now, we've been working with approximate numbers.
Cardboard and Design:
We have almost all the designs finalized. Here are the new hero boards and some cards.
There's little left to design. We've already finalized the production budgets for these components because some prices had changed, but it's common when a new year begins. Everything is under control, and they are waiting for us to finalize quantities and send them the files.
Rulebook:
We have the rulebook almost finalized; we're in the initial review stages, but there are still some card designs to finish and some adjustments to be made to the boards. So, we're working on these simultaneously to avoid prolonging the process too much.
Once we've completed the first thorough review of the rulebook, we'll send it for translation and provide it to you before sending it for printing so you can review it in case we've missed anything.
We're a bit behind schedule, but we're making progress.
Soon, you'll be able to enter the region of Gossamu and help its inhabitants deal with the Yokais that plague them.

Ya queda menos.
Hola a todos, ha pasado un mes desde la ultima actualización. El pledge managera ya está cerrado y ahora toca hacer la lista final de cantidades y cerrar la producción. Vamos a contaros como está el proyecto.
Miniaturas:
Seguimos produciendo miniaturas. Aquí tenéis algunas fotos.
Como hemos comentado, ahora ya tenemos cantidades finales y podemos terminar la producción. Hasta ahora habíamos trabajado con números aproximados.
Cartón y diseño:
Ya tenemos casi todos los diseños terminados. Aquí podéis ver los tableros de héroe nuevos y algunas cartas.
Ya queda poco por diseñar. Hemos ya cerrado los presupuestos de producción de estos componentes porque habían cambiado algunos precios, pero es algo habitual cuando hay un cambio de año por medio. Ya está todo controlado y están pendientes de que cerremos cantidades y les enviemos los archivos.
Reglamento:
Ya tenemos el reglamento casi cerrado, estamos con las primeras revisiones pero aun quedan pendientes algunos diseños de cartas por terminar y retocar algunas cosas de los tableros. Así que estos trabajando en paralelo para que no se alargue demasiado.
En cuanto hayamos hecho la primera revisión profunda del reglamento lo enviaremos a traducir y os los haremos llegar antes de mandarlos a impresión para que le echéis un vistazo por si nos hemos saltado alguna cosa.
Llevamos un poco de retraso pero vamos a avanzando.
En breve podréis entrar en la región de Gossamu y ayudar a sus habitantes con los Yokais que los asolan.

Hello everyone!
It's time for an update on how everything is going. First of all, we want to remind you that the Pledge Manager is still open, and if you haven't completed it yet, you should do it as soon as possible. The idea is to close it by the end of the month.
Manufacturing:
We continue to work on the production of the miniatures. Here's a photo:
We are already working on the production of the cardboard material. We already have some designs and we hope to have them all ready by the end of this month.
We will continue with the special cards for this new campaign, and we will show them to you in the next update.
Development:
In terms of development, we are still refining and polishing. At Ramper, we've had a few months with many accumulated projects, and we haven't been able to invest all our hours in Yokai. But luckily, we already had a lot of advanced material. We just need to send the skill cards to the illustrator and design a few things.
We continue slowly but steadily, working to get the expansion to you as soon as possible.

Era hora de una actualización contando cómo está todo. Antes de nada recordaros que el Pledge Manager aún está abierto y que, si no lo habéis hecho ya, debéis hacerlo lo antes posible. La idea es cerrarlo antes de final de mes.
Fabricación:
Seguimos trabajando en la producción de las miniaturas. Aquí tenéis una foto:
Ya estamos trabajando en la producción del material de cartón. Ya tenemos algunos diseños y esperamos tenerlos todos para el final de este mes.
Seguiremos con las cartas especiales de esta nueva campaña, os las enseñamos en la próxima actualización.
Desarrollo:
A nivel de desarrollo seguimos pasando a limpio y puliendo. En Ramper hemos tenido unos meses con muchos proyectos acumulados y no hemos podido invertir todas las horas en Yokai. Pero por suerte ya teníamos avanzado mucho material. Apenas queda enviar las cartas de habilidades al ilustrador y diseñar algunas cosas.
Seguimos poco a poco pero trabajando para que tengáis la expansión lo antes posible.

Hello everyone,
We're sending you a quick development update to let you know that everything is going well, slowly but surely overcoming stages.
Rulebook:
We have completed the campaign and are in the process of reviewing and finalizing. We are awaiting some graphic design elements to be able to finalize the layout. We hope to have the book by February to send it to the reviewers and for translation.
We hope you find this new campaign fun and original.
Production:
Some things are not yet 100% confirmed today, such as the production date of the miniatures. We hope this won't cause significant delays in the delivery date.
We wanted to provide this update so you don't feel like we are standing still or have forgotten about you.
We hope you had a great start to 2024.

Hola a todos:
Os enviamos una pequeña actualización de desarrollo para comunicaros que todo va bien, poco a poco pero vamos superando etapas.
Reglamento:
Ya hemos completado la campaña y estamos revisando y pasando a limpio. Estamos pendientes de algunas cosas de diseño gráfico para poder cerrar la maquetación. Esperamos tener el libro durante febrero para pasarlo a los revisores y la traducción.
Esperamos que esta nueva campaña os parezca divertida y original.
Producción:
Hay cosas que a día de hoy no están aún 100% confirmadas, como la fecha de producción de las miniaturas. Esperamos que esto no suponga grandes retrasos en la fecha de entrega.
Queríamos hacer esta actualización para que no tengáis la sensación de que estamos parados o que nos hemos olvidado de vosotros.
Esperamos que hayáis tenido una buena entrada en 2024.

The pledge manager is open / El pledge manager está abierto

As the title announces, we have already opened the Pledge Manager. You should have received the announcement by email. Now you just have to follow the instructions in this email, it’s very simple.
If you find any problem, please contact us and we’ll help you.
With the PM you determine and pay the shipping and you can purchase the add-ons for the game. We have been checking several possible extra add-ons, some of them will be available in the PM and others won’t.
Remember that the PM will stay open till the end of february. Don’t wait till the end, that’s important because some products will be produced for other companies and we have to know the final amount.
New add-ons:
Following the feedback of the backers, we have added some new products to the pledge manager. If you have not completed the Pledge Manager process, you just have to pick the desired product up.
If you have completed the pledge manager process, there are two options:
- Payment with Credit card: this payment has not been charged yet, so you will be able to modify your purchase in the pledge manager.
-PayPal: if you want to add one of these products, you should generate a new purchase as pre-order and send us a mail so we can ship everything together.
That's what we have added:

Late Pledge:
We will open a Late Pledge, this is a new chance for those who missed the KS campaign. The pledges will have the same conditions as in the KS campaign. Share it with your friends if they could be interested in the project:

Como veis en el título ya hemos abierto el pledge manager. Os debería haber llegado un aviso al mail. Solo debéis seguir las instrucciones del mail, es muy sencillo.
Si tenéis algún problema indicádnoslo y os ayudaremos.
Principalmente este proceso es para pagar el envío, pero ahora sí podéis añadir los add-ons del juego. Hemos estado valorando un buen número de add-ons adicionales, algunos se han añadido finalmente, otros no.
Recordad que tendremos abierto el pledge manager hasta finales de febrero. Debéis completarlo antes, es importante porque algunos productos se fabrican por otras empresas y debemos tener las cantidades finales.
Nuevos add-on:
Gracias a los comentarios de los backers hemos añadido algunos nuevos productos al pledge manager.
Si no habéis completado aun el pledge manager y queréis añadir algo a vuestro pledge, solo debéis seleccionarlo.
Si ya habéis completado el pledge manager hay dos opciones:
- Pagos con tarjeta: Aun no se ha pasado el cobro del pago con tarjeta. Así que solo debéis entrar y modificar el pedido
- Pagos con Pay pal: Si queréis añadir algo debéis generar un nuevo pedido como pre-order y mandarnos un mail avisándonos para que os lo mandemos junto.
Late Pledge:
Abriremos un late pledge, esta es una oportunidad para gente que se perdió el KS. Pueden acceder a los pledges con las mismas condiciones del KS. Podéis pasárselo a vuestros amigos si les interesa el proyecto:

The Project Takes Off
Greetings, heroes!
Hello, everyone. I'm Ramon Perez from Ramper Design. It's time for an update. In this campaign, we will only handle the rules, and it's Zenit who will manage production and shipping. However, I'm taking advantage of this update about the state of the rules to also bring you up to speed on the rest of the project.
A Busy Month:
For us, this past month has been a whirlwind. We launched the project we've been working on for a long time, Acheron’s Fall:

It has been a great success for us, and we have been working non-stop this month. We are a very small company, and we have to stagger projects in phases. Our focus was on the Acheron’s campaign, and now, as this enters another phase of development, we will focus the next few months on finishing the Yokai campaign.
The Secrets of the Snow Peaks:
We have already been working on finishing the new campaign. This maturation time, working on other projects, and adding the proposals and ideas of the backers all help to make the game better. We come with more ideas and motivation.
We are working on a story with non-linear scenarios. In the first campaign, the story is very linear; this time, we want it to offer a different experience. More role-playing.
So, we hope you'll like this new rulebook.
Our idea is to have a draft of the campaign by Christmas, send it to the testers, and review it. When we have a revised version, we will send it to you as a preview, so you can see how the rulebook is coming along.
Miniatures:
There was one miniature left to show, the Sansaru.
The new enemy that you will encounter in many scenarios. An especially smart Yokai that will make your games very challenging.
Other Material:
Zenit has been working on the rest of the components, rounding budgets, and advancing some things.
There is no indication that there should be delays in the project. It's a relatively small production and done entirely in Spain. So, we hope everything goes smoothly.
In the next update, we hope to show you images of the rulebook and some texts.

El proyecto arranca

Hola a todos, soy Ramon Pérez de Ramper Design. Teníamos que hacer una actualización, ya tocaba. En esta campaña nosotros sólo haremos las reglas y es Zenit quién gestionará la producción y los envíos. Pero aprovecho esta actualización hablando del estado de las reglas para también poneros al día del estado del resto del proyecto.
Un mes ocupado:
Para nosotros este último mes ha sido una locura, lanzamos el proyecto en el que llevamos mucho tiempo trabajando, Acheron’s Fall:

Ha sido un gran éxito para nosotros y ha sido un mes en el que hemos estado a tope de trabajo. Somos una empresa muy pequeña y tenemos que escalonar los proyectos por fases. Nuestro foco estaba en la campaña de Acheron’s y ahora, mientras esta entra en otra fase de desarrollo, vamos a centrar los próximos meses en terminar la campaña de Yokai.

Hemos empezado a trabajar ya en la nueva campaña. Este tiempo de maduración, trabajando en otros proyectos y sumado a las propuestas e ideas de los backers, ayudan a que el juego sea mejor. Llegamos con más ideas y motivación.
Estamos trabajando una historia con escenarios no lineales. En la primera campaña la historia es muy lineal, en esta ocasión queremos que ofrezca una experiencia diferente. Más rolera.
Así que esperamos que este nuevo reglamento os guste.
Nuestra idea es tener un borrador de la campaña para navidades, pasarlo a testing y a revisión. Cuando tengamos una versión revisada os la mandaremos para que le echéis un ojo y así podréis comprobar cómo está el reglamento.
Miniaturas:
Quedaba una miniatura por enseñar, los Sansaru.
El nuevo enemigo que podréis encontrar en muchos de los escenarios. Unos Yokais especialmente inteligentes que van a poneros las partidas muy difíciles.
Resto de material:
Zenit ha estado trabajando en el resto de componentes, cerrando presupuestos y adelantando algunas cosas.
Nada indica que vaya a haber retrasos en el proyecto. Es una producción relativamente pequeña y realizada íntegramente en España. Así que esperemos que todo vaya sobre ruedas.
La próxima actualización esperamos enseñaros ya imágenes del reglamento y algunos textos.
